HI, sorry didn't get to you yesterday, been off and on depending how I feel. I have been passing a couple of kidney stones and living on oxycotin for the pain. I am hoping they are all done so I can get back to work. What part of California are you from? I was born in Oceanside which is down by San Diego. I bet you really miss it. I hope your day is good. Sorry to here about you situation with your doctors, have they done blood work to check for anemia if you are bleeding that much you may be prone to it. If I were you I would call the nurse at the doctor you thought was the most sympathetic and tell them that you were told in a PCOS suppport group that alot of the patients have been put on Metformin and have been expierencing relief of there symptoms. It is usually used for Diabetes but it is secondary used for PCOS. Have you been going to OB/GYN's or Family doctors? I hope you have a good day. Hugs Mermaid

Hello, I hope we can be good friends, I work in a OB/GYN office and also having PCOS am aware of alot of the problems you are going through. Have you talked to your doctor about putting you on Metformin for your PCOS I have found that it has definitly helped with alot of my problems. Please write me if you have any questions you think I could help you with. Hugs

i was diagonised two years ago, but shortly after finding a doctor to help me, my husband got transfered to a small town in washington, where i havewent to three doctors for help with pcos and all tey say is loose eight and your problems will go away. i feel lik i am slipping away. it is so hard to be a mother of 5 kids and have pcos. i have depression so bad bu the doctors wil not help at all, or give me any meds.
