Treatments
- Meditation Somewhat Helpful
- When I'm tired, I just sit in my recliner & "Zone Out". Is this meditation-?
- Positive Thinking Too Soon to Tell
- It is very hard for me to do this because I have MS & I keep thinking of the Past when I was Well. I try Not to be Depressed, but it is So Hard when you feel a bit worse on a Regular basis.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Been going to a therapist (LCSW) 2x/mo. for a yeaar now. I like having someone to talk to besides husband & dog, as I'm housebound. But a therapist can't always be there when you need the the most. I'm very moody & full of anger at my disease (MS).
- Trazodone Not Working
- Tried this for a few nites to help me sleep, but I felt hung over in the mornings & it didn't wear off untill half the day was over.
- Wellbutrin Somewhat Helpful
- Took this at the insistence of husband & cousin, because I was suicidal(from having MS that keep getting worse). It helped but increased my hunger. to much. I'm off it now & doing good.
- Writing Working / Worked
- I write with 2 comic characters that argue back & forth & it helps distract me from my depression & feelings of hopelessness about having MS.
- Zoloft Somewhat Helpful
- I only took the samples for a couple weeks--I started getting tremors before lunch and dinner, so I stopped/ Maybe this was my MS--?
