I am 49 years old and have struggled with anxiety for at least 20 years, probably all my life in one way or another. I'm also a recovering alcoholic. I'm trying to find the best ways to manage my anxiety, including using this board. Our youngest is now in college so it's just the two of us and I've got more time to work on this now.

Hello, I'm Joel and I'm an alcoholic. I've had the good fortune to be sober for a few 24 hours now and enjoy my AA meetings , yet only get out to about 1 per week. I came across this group and thought I'd see what it was all about.
