Well......(still tired but !).......we have been granted Personal Care for Mike, which means that each morning a care assistant will come in to give him upper body wash and a shave.
I didn't want them to take on the showers etc. as it's hard enough for him to accept the level of help he has......I can manage his showers now we have the daily standard care.
Being part of the care system also means our "points" toward rehousing have gone up, also we are recognised as "critical need" so we could be considered that bit sooner.
Mike is coping better now he is on night O2 and he can choose how much he uses during the day. We also got the portable O2 yesterday so hope we can have a day out soon :)
I feel a lot more positive and am slowly coming through the M.E tiredness, friends arrived last evening with gorgeous yellow roses, a homemade coffee cream and walnut cake , (and their company which was even more welcome !) , and the weather has been lovely for the last two days ! :)
Thankyou to all you dear friends who have read and commented on my ramblings lol your support has meant a lot {HUGS}

remember to take care of yourself. People have probably told you this before but it's so true. You can really become the sick one fast if you don't!
