May 20, 2008 Broken down and defeated. I called my Mentor and my old sponsor cryin like a baby and told them I was in trouble, "I am in trouble and I need to get into treatment." My sponsor told me to go to the 12 o clock meeting. I cried the whole meeting because I remembered what they had told me before I had decided I was well enough to do without AA. I cried and snotted a drunken cry. I was done. I was drained. Drinking was not fun anymore. I hurt. My Wife was tired. My kids were hurt and tired. I have been sober every since that day.

- Work my sponsor on a regular basis.

- At least 3X a week.

- It was good. I am not taking it anymore. It made me really want to go to meetings. I am still going.
Close Smoking Addiction & Recovery
I am trying to quit smoking again. My Quit date is Dec 3. I have begun to cut back.
