Day before Day one.
I am starting my goal tomorrow, as its already late in the day, and i want to start fresh.

My name is Kristina, and i live in Virginia. I am 17 years old, and senior in highschool. I used to be very active but all that just kind of stopped, and i put on a lot of weight. It's hard for me to stay motivated, and i get put down a lot from people at school, for not being their size, but i still have those good friends. I used to be a size 5 in jeans, and now i am a size 9-10, and i'd love to be back down to a size 5, and medium shirts, maybe even smaller than that. I weighed in, two summers ago, at around 140-145, and i felt confident at that weight, now i am 184, and i really need help getting back down there. My goal date is Jun.13th, which is also the date of my graduation. I really want to do this, i just have no idea how. Plus we don't have any exercise equipment here, and i have no money. I just want to be confident this summer in a bikini again. It doesnt look like i'm that fat, seeings as i have a big boned frame, with muscle, i just feel heavy, and blah. I need some support, and that is why i joined here. I have also been told i have high cholesterol, and i have been taking fish oil pills, but i dont reall think they work, although my dad lives by them. Please help?!

I like paintball, and fourwheelers. Listening to music, shopping, and the movies :) just being with friends.

I know how you feel about trying to lose weight. I've been trying for almost 2 years now and I've gained about 25 pounds in that time. My advice for you is to just persevere and don't give up!

I am 17 years old and 5'6 1/2" , and two summers ago i wore a size 5 and 145. Last summer, i got really lazy, and started eating fast food a lot, and just sitting around on the computer. I am now a size 9-10, and weigh 184. I don't look huge since my frame is big boned, and im muscle but i still would like to get back down to a good size for summer, so i can feel confident about myself in a bathing suit. I need some motivation, and support. :/ Help!?
