so I have this year free membership that my lovely friend gave to me. I may as well attempt to put it to good use!
I am going to the gym. We are supposed to meet at 7:30pm, but I am going to try and go a little early to try and get in 10 min on the eliptical before she gets there.
LORD be with me.
Today is exactly two months since our hopes and dreams died. I think I am coping very well. I feel good about this. I have a goal to work towards. I am not pushing myself too hard or beating myself up.
I want to be SEXY by the time we take Roger's Birthday Cruise in January 2011. That gives me exactly 15 months to make my progress. I can do this.
CHINS UP.......that's right....I said CHINS.....and off we go.
