      I am in my late 20's and I want to start a family. Unfortunately, I've been told I have to stop taking the migraine medicine I've been taking for 10 years because it has a 75% chance of birth defects. I am beginning to try natural things to get rid of migraines. Some examples are: staying away from all migraine triggers, which is a ton of food, going to see an acupuncturist, neurologist & nutritionist, upping the exercise, going to yoga, bio-feedback...etc. The list goes on and on.

      Treatments

      Acupuncture Too Soon to Tell
      Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Too Soon to Tell
      Excedrin Not Working
      Magnesium Too Soon to Tell
      Given to me by the neurologist, we'll see what happens.
      Relpax Not Working
      Tylenol Working / Worked
      Depakote Working / Worked
      It has worked well for 10 years.
