Close Shingles
I was just diagnosed this morning; the outbreak happened very quickly following the flu last week. It's covering the right side of my head and forehead and it feels like someone hit me in the head with a baseball bat, then set my head on fire. Even my hair hurts.
Treatments
- Valtrex Working / Worked
- I'm only on day one of the treatment, so it's hard to say. The pain is very bad tonight, and I've taken the recommended dose of the elevil (painkiller) prescribed by my doctor. I'm scared. Really scared.
