Tell yourself you are too good to self destruct yourself. You are a strong person..Just prove it to yourself and you will be fine..Hugs from Katzy and Great on the 15 days...You cn feel that way forever but everyone has their bad days (addictions or no addictions)...Take it one day at a time and when it gets real tempting, take it one second at a time if you have to...good luck

- Unbelievably helpful with symptoms of withdrawls. no side effects. YOU need to be the best treatment though. Be menatlly strong and want to get clean and become a better person or subutex alone will NOT work for you. You will go back to using ina heartbeat if you do not genuinely want to change your life for the better.
