Recently married and turned the big three-oh this year. Just moved to Fresno because of job promotion. The job is very stressful but rewarding. Having to travel 3+ days per week has been taxing. Battling myofascial pain syndrome and constant upper back spasms and knots.

My neck/upper back have gone down hill on me since then. I can hardly sneeze without triggering the pain. I literally rolled over in bed too quickly one time and had to stay home from work! I was JUST diagnosed with Myofascial Pain Syndrome last week. Finally, at least I know what I'm dealing with!

I've had panic attacks since age 19, when I started using metabolife. Now, almost 30, I don't have full-on attacks that often, thanks to medication, but I have background anxiety that could easily erupt into attacks every single day, if it weren't for ativan.
