I began this journey over a year ago and it has been enlighting/frustrating/sad/ helpful/angery/ hopeless/ and probably every emotion known. It took …
I am 53yo female, a wife, mother and nurse as a profession. I am passionate about my family and reading. I have 2 grown daughters. I began having symptoms 3/07 and it took until 09/08 for a diagosis. My philosophy regarding my MG is I am an otherwise healthy woman with a chronic disease that I have to manage, which has made me look at a different way to do many things in my life. I try to look for the blessing of each day and stay in the positive.

Hi All I began having symptoms 02/07 Dx in 09/08. I am married to wonderful man, have 2 grown dgts. and work full time as a RN. I love to read. I am glad to finally have a dx. and I do feel better than 6 mos. ago. My Neuro MD said it would take 9 mos. to get where he wanted me to be. I try daily to see the blessing. In my work, I see many that are so much worse. I vent to my hubby, but try to stay as positive. I am glad to have found this site to talk with people going through the same issues.
