About Me
I am a triplet, and the only person in my family who has NF1 and scoliosis. When I was in first grade I had my first operation on my back to fuse my spine, and put metal pins in my back. Due to complications from that operation I had to go under the knife two more times. Currently I am in college working towards graduating with my Associates Degree with only two classes left. I have a degree in culinary arts including certificates in Front House Operations (wait staff) Culinary arts, Baking & Pastry, Food and Wine Affiliates, and Restaurant Management.
