My cure for depression Mood

I dealt with depression, off and on, about 9 years ago. I did some research online, and found out that sometimes people who are depressed are deficient in vitamins B12 and folic acid. I started taking both supplements and my depression disappeared. The B12 has to be the sublingual (put it under your tongue) form of methylcobalamin. I order mine from Life Extension.com. I take !mg. I HAVE NOT HAD A DAY OF DEPRESSION IN 9 YEARS!Tongue out

 

Also, for the anxiety, I used to take Inositol in powder form. It really did help. I took about 14 grams a day.

    No, I didn't consult my doctor before I started taking the vitamins. I actually found really good information about depression, B12 and folic acid online. The inositol was helpful for the anxiety but I have stopped taking it b/c now I'm on a beta blocker. If you try the combo. of B12 and folic acid, and hope you also have great success!
