Hi, I saw your saying about difficulty sleeping, and a great solution is by staying up and awake all night long, then stay up all the next day and go to sleep later at the usual night time. No nap in the middle, and do not lay in bed but stay awake by watching late night TV or a video and maybe drink some coffee or cocoa and just stay awake the 36 hours and then you will sleep better the next night. Then you might need to do it a second time in a couple days or the following week(s) but it does work. I am 52 years old and I still stay up all night about twice (2 times) every year so that I can sleep. It is a way of forcing your body to comply, with no pills no therapy no sheep and no bull.
I don't sleep, and honestly it's been this way since i can remember. If for some crazy reason i do sleep, it's only 2-3 hours.
I've had A fib since i was fifteen. I'm not eighteen and plannin on having the ablation a week after finals in May.
