      Hi, I saw your saying about difficulty sleeping, and a great solution is by staying up and awake all night long, then stay up all the next day and go to sleep later at the usual night time. No nap in the middle, and do not lay in bed but stay awake by watching late night TV or a video and maybe drink some coffee or cocoa and just stay awake the 36 hours and then you will sleep better the next night. Then you might need to do it a second time in a couple days or the following week(s) but it does work. I am 52 years old and I still stay up all night about twice (2 times) every year so that I can sleep. It is a way of forcing your body to comply, with no pills no therapy no sheep and no bull.

      I don't sleep, and honestly it's been this way since i can remember. If for some crazy reason i do sleep, it's only 2-3 hours.

      Treatments

      Ambien Not Working
      Counting Sheep Not Working
      So silly i had to try.
      Music Not Working
      Made me think too much, even if there weren't any lyrics. My mind would develop scenarios.
      Reading Somewhat Helpful
      Depending on what the book was, certainly never anything interesting or stimulating. Only helps me relax when it's a really boring book.
      Valerian Not Working
      Didn't do much at all for me. Just made me more tired, but no sleep.
      Melatonin Somewhat Helpful
      It's such a confusing pill, makes me really tired. and OCCASIONALY it makes me pass out, only in high doses however. It makes my dreams more terrible than ever before and it makes me lag in the morning, it also makes me irritable. Sadly, I'm at the point where i'd do almost anything to get in some sleep.

      I've had A fib since i was fifteen. I'm not eighteen and plannin on having the ablation a week after finals in May.

      Atenolol Working / Worked
      I take Atenolol frequently it works but i dont like taking it because of the side effects. Which for me include depression lagging and irritability.
