Today was day three of "My Fitness Trainer" and OMG!!! Today was the cardio and my legs are KILLING ME!!! I am also tracking my foods for weight watchers and that is going pretty well still have a lot of points left at 2:30pm almost so I am ahead of the game!!! No sodas today yet but I did have a Red Bull and I am drinking more water!! Everything is going great!!!






YAY!!!!! Keep up the great work! I love the feeling of sore leg muscle in the legs! I can't wait to feel that way tomorrow! My legs now hurt, but I RAN today!! Tabby, keep up the amazing work!
