About Me
I am a 76 year old man that is otherwise pretty much healthy execpt for ostio arthritis. I also have had shoulder surgery on both sholders several yeas ago that affect the ability to use my arms lifting anything above sholder highth. I have pretty bad pain almost constantly every day. I take Percocet 3 times a day and occasionally ibuprophen also. This seems to help quite a bit but I still have to deal with pain to an extent. My wife is not able to do much of anything so I have to do most of the things around home. I also have a very large yard to take care of in the summer time and of course shovel snow in the winter time. I also repair everything around the house including the car. I just have to think sa positive as I can and keep on doing what has to be done.

Close Anxiety
Sometimes I get real anxious for apparently no reason. I have had cronic anxiety for several years now. One thing that sets me off is if I think I have done something that upsets my wife of 53 years. When I get overwhelmed with too many things to get done or faced with things that need done but don't know much about but have to do it anyway. Most any confrontation sets me off.
