I am struggling with drinking enough Water...I have tried drinking flavored water, or putting lemon in water, but still can't seem to want to drink it.
I have bought some juciy juice and thought I should try this and see if this is better. Well I have been drinking some.
I just don't want to get dehydrated, but I just have such a hard time drinking water or any liquids.
I have to do a better job forcing myself to drink something...I can go through a full 8 hour day at work with only less than 8 ounces of liquids and i Know this is NOT good.
Other than that things are going good for me...no complaints.






Wow! I can barely go an hour with 8oz of water. My trick to get more is to dilute my juice. Try to add 1/2 juice and 1/2 water...that way you still have the sweetness/flavor of the juice..and double the volume!

i keep multiple fluids handy. i know that h2o is the best, but if i cant get it down i usually do decaf ice tea. i too dont drink enough but doc hasnt said anything about being dehydrated.

Typically I am a thirsty person all the time and I am a big water drinker, but I went through a phase where I knew I wasn't getting enough. The half juice/half water thing really helped. If taking in liquids is just hard for you maybe you need to try foods that are higher in water like celery & cucumbers. Maybe if you set aside 4 16oz bottles of water you will be able to monitor your intake better and it won't seem like such a big hurdle. Aren't you glad that there are no other complaints though! :)
