      Loseing weight is not easy & there are things [TV-family etc] that get in our way to our goals .I belong to a Bible Study group where most of us are over weight but for awhile every week or every 2 weeks was haveing food ther for a party or just the meetings .Now we are TRYING to organize it so less food & if food better choices.
