We have just received orders that we will be heading back to the East Coast. We will either live in PA or NJ. I can't wait to get back home!! I have 2 dogs & 1 cat. I love football! I love all my Philly sports teams! I love music very much and I love to watch movies too! I am a Shia Labeouf and a Jimmy Stewart fan. I have gotten into exercising and drinking plenty of water! Very good for you!

I am going on 5 months and I too still have troubles with the cravings my brain sends out!! But I smoked for a long time so I keep telling myself they wont go away as fast as I would like them to!

Close Smoking Addiction & Recovery
Hello my name is Jenn, I stop smoking on 2/15 on a Sunday night. Hoping to become a true non~smoker. I am hoping to move back to the east coast soon & start a family.
Treatments
- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- I have my ups & downs but so far cold turkey is working for me!!! Need to stay strong!
- Support Groups Too Soon to Tell
- I just signed up today, so I will soon find out about the support group, but I feel positive about it!
Close GERD & Heartburn
I was diagnosed with GERD back in October 2008. My GERD stopped by December 2008 but is back again, taking Nexium and is helping. I have decided to soon quit smoking since its one of the causes of GERD. My quit date is 3/23/09, hope that will help it. Any advice on how to cope with it???

- Nexium Working / Worked
- Nexium does help, its takes a little while for it too kick in, I feel its a good products, no side effects for me.
