Right after I turned 31Yrs. old, I started having a serious case of anxiety. I was overwhelmed with both work and marriage. It got so bad I could barely drive or sometimes walk staright with all the tension on my body and mind. I left work and moved to a quiet place, but that did little to help ease the anxiety. Finally after almost 5 years and several treatments, I decided to seek professional help. I started seeing a psychiatrist and psychologist.
