I'm sorry to hear about your cockatiel. I know you can get very attached to a bird, and they to you, and with birds having such a long lifespan, it can be very hard to say goodbye. *Hugs to you*

Close Chronic Pain
Wife and Mother aged 48, 8 years of chronic pain, added Bath PM Course, helped enormously but still having crisis days, very down about my situation
Treatments
- Heat Working / Worked
- Works while on the pain, cannot heat pads up all day
- Oxycodone Working / Worked
- Horrible medication, wish I could get off it. Makes me feel unwell and not that helpful with pain
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- Helps for a time
- TENS Working / Worked
- Didnot work for me
