Thanks for your response to my question. It's been up for weeks and I had actually forgotten about it. Unfortunately, they don't have the soy yogurt anymore where I saw it at, so I will have to try it another time. I got the silk chocolate soy milk though....YUMMM!!!

I first discovered rather unpleasantly that I was lactose intolerant when I was about 15 years old. Sometimes it's very bad, sometimes it doesn't affect me at all. The 'good' periods usually last for a year or so at a time. Wish I could always have 'good' periods.
My depression is largely due to my anxiety. I feel so limited by fear, which really bums me out.
I'm phobic of losing control of my bladder/bowels in public.
Going on 5 years with bf. It's been a very rocky road. Will I ever be content?
