A few friends of mine on here have asked me to write a little bit about myself on here so I'll give it a try... I'm a very proud parent of 4 great, beautiful kids. 3 girls (17, 9, & 2) and 1 boy (14). And also a proud coach of 4 soccer, 1 basketball, 1 softball, and now 1 adult kickball team! So I kinda have my hands full. Not to mention the stress that comes along with these things. Which is why I joined this great community. I want to thank everyone on here who have talked with me and have given good advice and support through some rough times I've had. My life is getting better as time heals all wounds and hopefully I will have a great future as I've had nothing but bad luck and bad choices that I can only blame myself for. On the bright side I have great friends now that have opened my eyes and are helping me on the right path!

Treatments
- Lexapro Not Working
- did ok for thrre weeks then would get high anxiety so stopped then my anxiety got better for three weeks then came back strong, Benn back & forth like this for a year. Finally decided to stop taking lexapro for good.
- Xanax Somewhat Helpful
- helps for 1/2 day. Don't take it unless I really need it.
