Close Marijuana Addiction & Recovery
I started smoking weed when I was 15y/o. Quit at 19y/o. Was a mom at 24 and didn't smoke again until I was around 38 or 40y/o. Started small but has increased over the years. I'm ready for a change!
Close Chronic Pain
I never in my life thought I would have to deal with pain every day for the last 12 years! Many injuries to my chest and back. At 35 a neurosurgeon told me I had the neck of a 60 yr old! Back then the pain was controllable.
Treatments
- Acupressure Working / Worked
- Love it! Can't live without it.
- Chiropractic Adjustment Working / Worked
- The only thing that keeps the headaches away.
- Flexeril Working / Worked
- Every night...ugh
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- Marijuana Working / Worked
- Worked for awhile. But know its controlling my life and I'm trying to stop.
- Meditation Working / Worked
- It doesn't take the pain away, but helps me deal with stress. And we all know how stress increses pain.
- Oxycodone Working / Worked
- As needed.
- Physical Therapy Not Working
- Gave this up a lont time ago. Do cervical traction at home.
- TENS Somewhat Helpful
- Carisoprodol Working / Worked
- This medication will help me get through the day if needed.
- Massage Working / Worked
- Along with acupuncture works great.
