Hi my name is Donna Bartley. I'm 48 years old and have been married for 10 years. I have 4 kids and 3 grandkids. I have had fibromyalgia for 6 years and found out in May I have osteoarthritis, mainly in my knees but not sure where else at this point. The young lady to my right in the picture is my youngest daughter who was just diagnosed with fibro herself on Jan 30th so we are fighting the battle together.

Close Chronic Pain
I have had fibromyalgia for 6 yrs and was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in May of this year in my knees.
Treatments
- Chiropractic Adjustment Somewhat Helpful
- helped temporarily especially with hip pain
- Heat Working / Worked
- heat feels wonderful anytime my knees are really bothering me.
- Hydrocodone Working / Worked
- worked with only a small dosage 2 and a half tabs a day
Open Arthritis
I was diagnosed with OA in my knees in May 2008 and also have had fibromyalgia for 6 years
Treatments
- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- helps ome with inflammation but not much with the pain
- Surgery, Knee Replacement Working / Worked
- had severe left knee pain in May could not put pressure on it, had arthroscopic to clean cartilage and bone fragments out of knee area, took about 6 months but pain is at least tolerable now
