  you know when i first felt depressed i had alot of arguements with my parents, i think sometimes we need to learn to open up and talk, it doesnt come naturally to all of us. i know for one thing is ive talked to my dad but hes never talked to me, i think its difficult to learn to talk when its not something that goes on at home and that maybe takes everyone if that makes sense? im not saying its something you should do im just saying its something i would find difficult to do too and i think its common with alot of people x
