Hi Autumn, I'm so sorry you are going through so much with your meds and taking care of your children, and on top of that finacial stuff. I wish I was there to help you. Everyone gave you great suggestions..I know it is hard to follow up when you have such little energy. Don't be hesitant to leave a message for your Dr. about your meds and what they are doing to you...you don't have to suffer until your next appointment. Wish I could help more, Jazzy

Close Pseudotumor Cerebri
Just diagnosed in December 08 have had headaches/migraines most of my life. Been in constant unrelenting pain since before Thanksgiving, anywhere from 5-10 on pain scale, usually about 7-8. Spinal tap was 33 when diagnosed, no visual impairment or tinnitus.
Treatments
- Acetazolamide Not Working
- Was on Diamox for a month still a relatively low dose of 500 was very lethargic still in constant pain. Had to wean my son due to diaretic was nauseated and had no appetite. Its possible my pain was less than no treatment but I sure hope not.
- Topamax Too Soon to Tell
- Just started today will update later.
