well i think the seizures have stopped, for now anyway! To return days or months from now! oh well they have stopped and i feel a little more normal …

i am a single mother of a 8 year old boy. I have been having seizures from a young age but was not diagnosed until i was 25.Along my travels I have picked up depression, anxiety and many social phobias. I feel a little lost and misunderstood and am looking for a little guidance from some one who may share my story but are afew steps ahead of me, or offer the same to someone else!

Thanks a whole bunch for your understanding! You are right! Our stories do sound a bit similar regarding the seizures! It's kinda funny that you mentioned having terrible nightmares as a child! I went through a huge block when I was a kid where I too had "night terrors!" Quite a bit different than just a regular nightmare! Hope you are having the best day you can possibly have! I also hope your easter was wonderful! Take care, Stay sane!

i have had seizures that went undiagnosed until i was 25 when grandmals started. because I was having seizures and did not know it i thought i was crazy and started living as though i was. Severe depression and extreme anxiety were and still are a problem
Treatments
- Tegretol Somewhat Helpful
- causes fatigue and can be difficult to remember as it is taken 3x daily
