We're gonna need a bigger journal... Mood
Tuesday, November 10, 2009 | A Frustrating story

The things I'm now monitoring:

Walking - right leg function

Pins and needles in feet and legs

Temperature fluctuations/numb spots in thighs

Pins and needles in hands

Loss of feeling in fingers

Cramping in hands

nerves twitching in groin

Eye pain

Eye twitching

trouble focussing

Fatigue

Not sure that they're all MS related, but they're all problems that I've noticed becoming prevalent this year.

Sounds like a good option. I have friends who have used it recently for injuries and found benefit. Hadn't heard about the MS link though. Definitely worth considering. If you do it, let me know how it goes! Good luck x
