Haven't had the best day, walking-wise. Probably still a bit disrupted by the poor night's sleep, although last night was much better.
So it's training night and I have a match on Friday. I decided that I wasn't going to back out of going again. I'm sick of sitting at home and don't want MS to turn into an excuse. Training was fun. About half-way through the warm up I knew I wasn't going to be able to give 100% all session, but I toned it down a little and kept going. Didn't want to have to sit out and watch. I played for the full hour, despite the limp coming on quite strongly at times and people asking me if I was ok (the team know my situation and are incredibly supportive).
Now that I'm home I have some 'interesting' feelings going on in my lower legs, so I may suffer a bit in the morning, possibly with energy as much as the walking.
We'll see.
