I just wanted to say that your reply today to the person, just diagnosed friday, was right on. Just enough reassurance that a person needs when first diagnosed combined with just enough reality so a person can deal with it.

There was a lot of wisdom in your reply. I just wanted to tell you that. Your good at this!

      Betaseron Too Soon to Tell
Side effects were nasty to start, but now I take the shot before bed, so I sleep through it.
      Swimming Working / Worked
Exercising in the pool helps keep my strength and muscle tone without worrying about the limp. Great for me mentally as I feel normal again for a while
