i am a retired commercial real estate broker, and amateur musician. I love to read and study. i work pro bono for laws to prevent violence towards women and children. I have 4 grown children.I was hit by a car as a pedestrian 3 inches above my left knee, now have pain on that side and osteoarthritis. the accident was in april 04. Good recovery but lots of pain. I dont know how to live around this. I believe in healing what you can. sometimes i think i am lucky until the pain hits. best to allPS I am having a knee replacement next week the first of 2. I think this is right. When i meditate the pain is better.I am trying to make sure nothing hurts my feelings. hugs to all

- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- I have had 1 knee replaced and 1 shoulder replaced. no pain at all there. now next is the left knee but i have to wait until september. the knee is getting awful- very unstable.but the surgeries are very difficult altho the results are worth it murs
