I’m With You
Thanks for your hug....I (often) feel sorry for myself!...I am trying to make an effort with my eating and getting moving (done two x 5 minute sessions on my new 'cycle' tonight}...its v. hard but until I get some weight off I dont think I'm going to get any help from health professionals with my arthritis....Love M xx

Close Diabetes Type 2
I am the 14th of 15 siblings and I am the 5th to be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My father also had it. I am 49 years old and found out on my birthday in January. I get depressed about it, but am trying hard. I have lost 20 pounds and am usually under control.

Had a hysterectomy at 38 years old. endometriosis and a chocolate cyst. I let it go too long and caused more trouble

I have 3 children. They are 29,27 and 17. I forgot how stressful teens could be. I love him and he is my baby but the mouth on that kid!

Open Sleep Apnea
Diagnosed with sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome. I stopped breathing 9 times and hour and my legs twitched 42 times per/hour. 6 times hard enough to wake me.
