Close Anxiety
lifetime suffering of generalized anxiety, social and performance. I have a list of missed opportunities that extends far beyond my mind's sight.
Treatments
- Music Working / Worked
- I listen to music every possible minute. I cannot imagine not hearing my favorite songs to keep my brains occupied. When I am anxious I sing. When I am happy I sing. When I am depressed I cry and sing. I just love music.
- Art Working / Worked
- I draw when I dont know what else to do with myself. Some of my best ideas come from my very dark place.
Close Depression
depression is a result of my S.A.D. and feeling like I cannot accomplish anything so I am worthless.

- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- only works when I am not in a real low state. Once I am very depressed I have a hard time getting to the happy thoughts

escalated anxiety usually triggers a pretty substantial panic attack. I have learned to recognize the pre-attack symptoms and remove myself promptly from the trigger situation
