Much better Mood

Things much improved. Among other things anti-depressants probably kicking in. Last week was horribly stressful but began attention control therapy this week - boring but important and the long term goal is increased emotional self-regulation so I'll persevere!

    hey marie well done ... i know that long term goal you are reaching for as i have been working on pretty much the same thing for over 8 yrs the perserverence does pay off tho often during stressful time you may feel like you are going backwards but down the road you will see that you werent - i am glad you feel much better and if you want to chat just give me yell hugs jd :=-)
