I am a single mother of 3 kids.My oldest son is in county jail. He will be out about 1 1/2 month.They charged him for consensual sex with a miner. First the girl claimed that my son gave her juice and it knocked her out and next thing she knew she was hurting cause my son was having his way with her. I knew that is not my son.Well they we're able to prove that she wasn't a virgin like she tried to claim. I guess she has a nasty reputation. Anyway They offered my son a plea they are willing to drop rape and drugs if he would take consensual sex. I tried to tell him don't take it, to fight it all the way. But he was scared.So he took the plea. I hurt for him.My son was 19 at the time. He is 21 yrs old now.I will fight anybody for my kids.

No word. Isn't this bizarre? I don't know how you feel, but sometimes people say, Well, why aren't you looking for him? Why? Because I love him enough to not bring him back here to this, to the horrible results of these stupid laws. I'll keep praying for both of our boys and hope they're living decent lives. Does anyone ever say anything like, Oh, he shouldn't have done that? He just made it worse? He should have stayed? They do to me, and I say, stay? Stay and be persecuted by the probation officer, be stressed because he can't find a job so can't pay his fines, stay and go to these disgusting offender classes that make him want to throw up? Would you have stayed? I wouldn't, but I miss him so much. Anyway, I think of you all the time. We'll get through this.
