      Advertising copywriter. Former San Franciscan. Animal lover. Good friend. Diagnosed w/panic and anxiety disorder in 1996. Still struggling with it, esp. during times of stress or loneliness though I can be fine for months, even years, at a time. I take an SSRI and am in talk therapy with a very supportive practitioner. Am focused on getting myself to a calm, safe state of mind and improving my health by quitting smoking and managing my weight. It's hard but I know I am worth it!
