  thank you! that is so nice! i read in your info that you have never taken meds. i think that is a great start,meds for anxiety have been shown to be addictive and damage brain cells. they relax people by numbing them and if you are numb, you will never fix the real problem. anxiety is a symptom, not the problem. we have to figure out why we're anxious. you should join the best group on here. its called anxiety and positive choices. it was founded by a woman named LeAnne. she has overcome her anxiety (she used to be very anxious, starting in her early 20s, i believe). her biggest fear was losing control and going crazy (like so many of us). she has overcome it and become happier than ever. you really should join the group. take care.
