      Hi! I was looking at your post. I just wanted to say that I'm there with you in your struggle. I've been struggling with the same things..the feelings of shame,a nd I have already had a bad day today, too. I really feel that I need to take more steps, and I went to an saa meeting and found that helpful, but I haven't been back. I don't know if that would help you, but it's an option. Take care and I am praying for you!
