      Dx 02-03-04 gleevec till feb 05 liver shut down, did sprycel trial at St Louis remission for 3 yrs. then liver and pancreas rebelled.waited 6mos then tries tasignia, critical liver within 6 days. looking for answers of any trials, new drugs etc to help me.

      dx 02-03-04used gleevec for one year,liver threw a hissy fit, did 3 moths sprycel ..,trial, worked fabulous.For 3 years, then liver quit again. So was able to hold remission with no meds for 3 yrs.tried tasigna, lasted 6 days before liver critical. Now i am desperately searching for a drug or clinical trial. Any thing right now is better than nothing as i am out of remission and numbers starting to climb. Considering, hydroxurea,interferon,Purinethal. Any suggestions appreciated Debra
