Hi! I just responded to your post about your meds in the OCD group! I really hope that you get things sorted out and wish you the best of luck! Hang in there! Things will get better! Maybe a new medication would be the better route to go! :) Kylie

hey there! thank for the hug! :) i am glad you took my advice and are using music as a coping method. i do this quite often. it is a great release for me, whether it be anger, sadness, hurt, guilt, fear, pain, happiness even!...its good for all feelings! glad you could take comfort in it too! somtimes i feel like music is my best friend...a REAL best friend. it always helps me when i am going through a hard time, and its also there for me in the good times as well!!! :) hang in there and keep using music for coping. its a very positive thing, no matter what kind of music it is. all types help to express feelings... feelings that i, most of the time, do not know how to express "correctly". music says it FOR me, if that makes any kind of sense at all!?! :) big hugs are being sent your way. try to smile! :) -megan
