I'm a father of two, my daughter is 14 and my son is 8. I had them later in life than most but they are what keeps me going. I'm going thru a divorce that I don't want and my kids are still young. I believe my purpose in life is to guide them to enjoy life and be the best they can be. My heart is broken at the thought of not seeing them everyday. I feel like a failure and unattractive. I must be pretty bad if the mother who loves those kids as much as I do would rather seperate their family than try to work things out. I'm tired of being alone and not being able to believe that I'm still a good person.

Close Breakups & Divorce
I am going through a divorce and struggling with it all. I do not want this but she does. There is always two sides to a story so I don't claim that its not my fault. Its more hurt and shame that my wife would rather I leave than work it out with our kids still being young, 13 and 7 years old. Its feeling like a failure that I can't seem to get over.
