OK I think I sent you a prayer hug, but I don't know how to make sure and it didn't say it was sent so maybe I did something wrong. Praying for you that things turn around! I have never taken sulfa drugs that I know of, so I guess I'll find out....too many powerful abx!

I totally understand. We have many struggles. I have alot of confusion too! I don't know if I have ever been on sulfa drugs or not, but I am now! Are you still off abx? Hope things start looking up soon! HUGS! and PRAYERS!

Thank you for your sweet words in my journal of yesterday. It meant so much to me...perhaps it's time to do as my mother say and "put on your big girl panties and deal with it..." I believe that is easier said than done though LOL.

Close Lyme Disease
I got bit by some bug we never saw in Sept. 2006, got DX with Lyme Sept. 2008. Also have mycoplasma pneumonia. On medical leave now, wonder if I will be able to work again. Pain and fatigue are the worst parts of this disease.
Treatments
- Amoxicillin Not Working
- On this for the mycoplasma pneumonia, but Dr. took me off and started me on Azithromycin. Amox increased vaginal yeast.
- Ceftriaxone Too Soon to Tell
- PICC therapy. Went well, but too soon to tell if it worked. symptoms now about the same as before the treatment. No side effects.
- Zithromax Too Soon to Tell
- After PICC tx finished did not test for pneumonia until last week 5 weeks and titer was increased by 300. Still test neg for Lyme always have
- Doxycycline Not Working
- Had this PICC and then oral but it does not appear that it worked as my titer for pneumonia increased through it all
