About Me
I have had multiple surgeries in my life, and do not suffer too much as a result of just one thing, but I do have a number of things that hinder my activities and cause me pain.I use to be a migraine sufferer, I had a total Hystorectomy at the age of 23, I have had bothof my ankles crushed and suffered great pain as a result of that injury, with having the right ankle fused.My history of drug abuse was that of using and stopping back in 1992 after a series of taking too many meds and not allowing my body to use it's endorphines to help with hte pain.I am now in recovery and drug free since 4-1-2002.It is hard work and worth the effort to stay in the process without masking the pain as we can manifest the pain even more.There is a time for it and a place when absolutelty necassary.I am married to a man with Diabetes type one, also with Hep C.This is very most challenging as we are both in recovery and I sometimes need the support to cope with him and his illnesses.

People, I love working with people...I was working with the elderly before I moved to IN in the Fall.Taking care of the elderly is my passion, as they are preparing for the next stage out of this life... Crossword puzzles...Music

Close Lymphedema
I suffer with Lymphedema and went without knowing for a few years,thought I was crazy taking test after test and finally went to see a doctor for a lump,and she told me what I had after asking a few simple questions,now I know what I am dealing with.
