  thanks doug,i will look out for that one,i have heard of it but never watched it,i hope you do get to the seaside it is so relaxing,i sometimes sit on the beach for hours on my own when everyone else has left ,just to listen to the waves hitting the sand,i do a lot of thinking and sort out a lot of things whilst i am there,even in the winter it is a magical place to be,look after yourself,hugs,helen.

  hi doug,i was on the beach the other day when i thought of you,there was a family of four children and a mother and a father,my sil got into conversation with the mother while i was talking to the children,one of the little girls called her daddy over to help her with her sandcastles,well i nearly fell off my feet ,when he came over he was wearing a swim suit,and ,,, wait for it,,,yes a dog collar,i really had a struggle to hide my laughter,your skinny dipping vicar came straight to my mind,,,,saying that he was a lovely man and invited us to join their picnic , how nice was that,,,i hope you are well and enjoying your hikes,love and hugs,helen.

  I just got back from the trip, it was really nice to see family but we are happy to be home. Overall the trip was a success and there were no major catastrophes on the plane. Everything went better than we had expected it to. Thanks for checking in!

  Doug - thanks to the post to my journal. I've had a thing for hot dogs and beans lately and that's what we had. I made my no-brainer chicken for dinner - chicken breasts dipped in melted butter, then in herb/garlic bread crumbs, and put on a Pam-sprayed baking sheet to cook 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. We all like it and it's really easy to do since no basting - just stick it in and in 30 minutes it's done.

  Sorry about the hip. If its OA, maybe an injection would help. I've been busy busy too, we are trying to sell camper, and Jesse is looking for a job. Contract is not up till next May, but they were told if they find something grab it, their contract likely will not be extended. I've also been practicing guitar like mad...and enjoying the heck out of it. I don't even notice my hands, wrist and elbow while I 'm playing, I enjoy it so much, but after....grrrr
