Have you ever felt like there's too much going on in your life? That you just can't keep up with everything? That you have so many problems …
Today I joined DailyStrength!
So many times I've told myself that I cannot add anything else to my life - anywhere! My days are maxed …
Lived w/pain daily since nerve injuries in Mar98; limited mobility now.
Low income - disabled - kids - divorced - no family to help out -
Homeschooling since 1995 - all K-12 grade levels - most curricula self-designed; some pre-packaged.
24 hours in a day and I have 38 hours of stuff to do, not counting sleep, and must do so in constant pain and limited mobility - looking for solutions
Divorced 10 years now with six kids
got a 7yo girl with ADHD, ODD, lots of allergies & other behavioral issues
got twins, got triplets, got quads too, and a single. ;-) Long story!
have 3 16 yr olds
My whole family is a medical mystery - an enigma even! We often joke that if it's something that only happens to 1 in so many billion instances, we'll be that ONE! I just wish we could figure out what the REAL problems are so we can work at fixing them!!!
Dx w/FMS in Jan 2000 after unresolved constant pain issues going back to Mar98 - in 2002 specialist in FMS (treating FMS patients for over 20 years) said I was the most severe case she's ever treated - it continues to be very complicated. I suffer frequent flares requiring strong pain meds.
Uhhmmm - decades of abuse in marriage (every type); out 10 years - some abuse ended with the sheriff ordering him out of our home, some still continues... I'm left disabled from his last physical attack, plus I have severe chronic PTSD! Our kids - well they each have their own story - but for the most part it's not so good - some are really messed up from all the abuse they've suffered and/or witnessed. Still, we are all better than we were while still married to the abuser.
