I got the shot a week ago yesterday and for the most part I can't feel much relief.  I have a little more flex in my back but it starts to hurt if I try to do too much. While I knew that the shot was not  a miracle cure I thought I would get some type of break from the nerve pain in my leg.  It is constant burning and tingling.  If I can keep from dwelling on it, I can get some stuff done.  But sometimes it is impossible to ignore.  Something I guess I will have to learn to live with.   Pray that the next shot helps a bit more, and pace myself.  I have to keep reminding myself that I can not be all things to all people.  I do what I can, when I can and that is all.  My little one will turn 5 Sunday.  Can not beleive he is 5 already and does go to pre K. Today he is on a filed trip, I hope he has fun.
