About Me
Been married 30 years. My daughter has been involved with drugs since 17, and is currently in state jail, and my son is a US Marine. My oldest grandson just turned 7 and the little one turns 5 in November. I have raised them since birth, due their moms inabilty and unwillingness. My oldest granddaughter would have been 12 in May and the younger one turned 4 in May. Life is one adventure after another.

I don't know anything about how the insurance works for you but this sounds dreadful, getting part way through treatment for something that is so debilitating. I do feel for you and hope that you can get some relief soon. I went through this for years until a few years ago when I had two ops. Keep focussed on the grandchildren and keep your chin up.

Sara has been on Claritin, Zrytec 5 my, benedryl, Allegra, Zrytec 10 mg, she had a rare reaction to Nazo Nex so we won't do that one again until after puberty. She is on Zrytec 10 mg and Veramyst, when bad benedryl is add to that too. She still has reactions at times so that is why the allergy testing.

Close Grandparents Raising Children
Raising 2 grandsons since each was born. They are now 7 and 5. I need to talk with others and learn from their experience.
Close Bedwetting
My 6 1/2 year old grandson wets sometimes at night.

Open Child Support & Custody
An Attorney General Judge made me joint managing conservator of my oldest grandson. Ordered my daughter to pay support. Bio dad's SS disability is considered his support. I want to keep this child and his half brother safe from these bio parents who have thus far not shown the best interest of the child(ren).
Open Anger Management
I am granma raising my daughter's 2 boys. I don't know why I joined other than I am so mad at her and my older grandsons bio dud. They are playing games with each other all the time and that affects my grandsons and I don't know how much longer I can deal with them (the bio's) before I blow at them.

My 22 yer old son has been a US Marine since October 2005. Currently stateside in Yuma, Arizona. He was deployed once to Africa. I am proud of him. His daughter will turn 4 this year.
