      I guess I've been depressed for awhile and its just now getting unbearable. :/

      Treatments

      Art Somewhat Helpful
      Sometimes I just don;t have the motivation and sometimes it just flows.
      Meditation Not Working
      yea tried it but no.
      Positive Thinking Not Working
      I tend to not have happy thoughts to begin with, so its even harder now.
      Talking Working / Worked
      Helps but sometimes makes it hurt more.
